I really wanted to feel good about ordering from Royal Tiger Imports, but the whole process just felt a little unclear to me, lol. Some details were hard to verify, and the communication wasn’t as quick or reassuring as I would’ve liked. They might be legit, but I personally didn’t feel confident enough to spend my money there without more answers. I’d just be careful and ask plenty of questions first.

I got the tracking info soon after I placed the order, and the package actually kept moving instead of just sitting somewhere for days. It was one of those orders where I checked the tracking like, okay it left, then it hit another stop, then another scan popped up, then it was suddenly close by.

It even showed up a little earlier than I had in my head, which was a nice surprise, kind of like when food delivery says 45 minutes and it gets there in 25. The only reason I’d say 4 stars instead of 5 is that one day the tracking update was a little slow, like it didn’t refresh much and I wasn’t sure if it was stuck or just not scanned yet. But overall, the shipping speed was solid, the updates were mostly fine, and the package got here without any real hassle.

The refund did eventually come through, but it took longer than I think it should have. Not the worst experience ever, but if returns are always this much hassle, I’m not sure I’d order again
